Hardware smoke test: camera capture and plate solve on real sky

Part of #6

Acceptance criteria: Pi with camera pointed at real sky → `rpicam-still` captures image → `solve-field` returns a valid RA/Dec → result appears in dashboard and is served on LX200 port.
