Adding an app-image (I've already done some heavy lifting but need help)

Hi Everyone,

I've been working for the past few days on building out an app-image for Supermodel.

I have it working, but I'll be very honest, I don't know C++ & Makefiles well and I had to do some modifications to both of them to get it to work. It also required me to copy over some of my system libraries over into the app-image. Something I don't really know how to automate (yet).

I'd like to make a PR with this in there, but I may need some help on getting it automatically built as part of CI. You guys interested?

I added another commit to the PR that generates an x86_64 appimage via a Github action and then creates a release with it.
