🌍 Call for Feedback: Freelancers in Poland

Tuttle is an open-source business tool for freelancers — helping with contracts, time tracking, invoicing, and financial overview. We're looking for real freelancers operating in Poland to try the app and share their experience.

What we need most is human feedback from people who actually freelance for a living — your daily reality is our design spec.

What to test

Please try the app with your real-world freelancing setup in mind and tell us what works, what breaks, and what's missing. Here are specific aspects we'd love feedback on:

Contracts & Clients

• Can you model your actual client relationships and contract types?
• Do the contract terms (hourly vs. fixed-price, retainer, etc.) match how you actually work?
• Are there contract structures common in Poland that aren't supported?

Invoicing

• Does the generated invoice look professional and acceptable to your clients?
• Does it meet the legal invoicing requirements in Poland? (tax IDs, mandatory fields, numbering rules, etc.)
• Is the tax handling correct for your situation? (VAT, GST, sales tax, reverse charge, exemptions…)
• Can you invoice in your local currency? Is the formatting correct?

Time Tracking

• Does the time tracking workflow fit how you actually track your work?
• Any friction or missing features for your day-to-day?

Financial Overview

• Do the KPIs and financial summaries make sense for your business?
• Anything misleading or confusing given how freelancing works in Poland?

Localization & Language

• Any terminology that feels foreign or doesn't match local business language?
• Date formats, number formats, currency symbols — anything off?

Regulatory & Tax

• Are there freelancer-specific tax rules in Poland that the app should know about?
• Any mandatory reporting, thresholds, or legal requirements we're missing?
• Does your country require e-invoicing or a specific digital format?

General

• What's the single most important thing the app gets wrong for your country?
• What would make you actually switch to Tuttle from whatever you use today?

3. You can also open separate issues for specific bugs you find

Who we're looking for

• Actual freelancers in Poland (any industry: design, dev, writing, consulting, …)
• You don't need to be technical — non-developer perspectives are especially valuable
• Even 15 minutes of trying the app and writing a few sentences helps enormously
