Disable quote and brace completion

Description

It would be nice to be able to disable quote and brace completion in the web app.

Use Case

I find I need to constantly fight the automatic completions when editing my manuscript, perhaps I write in a nonlinear way. Especially when I try to delete one of the two "" added automatically, the logic often deletes them both, so I end up having to perform three actions instead of one to add a single quote.
