Dragging preview from the space in betwen pages causes unexpected behavior when the cursor exists the preview panel

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the mouse cursor on the space between two pages in the preview panel and start pressing the main mouse button (don't release it yet).
2. Move the cursor up and down.
   • ✔️ Notice how the pages move up and down accordingly.
3. Move the cursor up enough to leave the preview panel (e.g., reaching the same screen height as the share button).
   • ❌️ Notice how the pages move even when the cursor is not moving.
4. Release the mouse button.
   • ✔️ Notice how the pages stop moving.

Executing the same steps but with the cursor placed within a page in step 1 does not produce the behavior marked with a cross in step 3. Executing the same steps but with the cursor placed in the left or right gutter between a page and the edge of the preview panel in step 1 does produce the unexpected behavior in step 3.
