macOS DMG Builder

$ path/to/Qt/.../bin/qmake
$ make
$ make installer

Then find the DMG in dist/mac.

Be sure to keep the openvpn binary in dist/mac/bin up to date. It is taken from inside the app folder of Tunnelblick.
