Describe the Bug

Configured Page Turn gestures, Pinch to Resize Font are ignored in .txt files. The same gestures work correctly in .epubs.

Reproducible with any .txt file. "Disable Touchscreen" is OFF. "Pinch to Resize Font" is ON.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to "Settings" -> "Reader"
2. Set "Disable Touchscreen" to OFF
3. Go to "Settings" -> "Controls" -> "Taps & Gestures"
4. Configure "Page Turn" to "Swipe Only" (or any other, except for Disabled)
5. Configure "Pinch to Resize Font" to ON
6. Open any .txt file
7. Try to use any of the configured Page Turn gestures:

• Page-turn swipe (from right): nothing happens
• Page-turn swipe (from left): goes back to Home

9. Try to Pinch to resize the font - nothing happens

Expected Behavior

Configured Page Turn gestures and Pinch to resize font work as expected in .txt files, just like in .epub files.

Just to add, noticed that touch and button assignments for Dictionary, Clippings and Bookmarks also do nothing in .txt files — including long-press on a word for a definition, which works fine in .epub. Not sure if it's currently out of scope or simply a lower priority for .txt files.
