Dictionary switch is unavailable when the word is not found

Describe the Bug

When doing a lookup on a word, if the word is not found, there is no way to switch to a different dictionary anymore and attempt to look there.

This worked on 1.5.1-rc-2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have several dictionaries loaded on the device and ensure they can be selected
2. Look up a word or a phrase that's not in the selected dictionary for the book:

• "Did you mean?" page can show up - swipe from the left to go back
• "Dictionary: Not Found" page shows up with only "Create Clipping" option available

Expected Behavior

"Switch Dictionary" option appears during lookup for words not found, just like with found words.
