Loading text not inverted when syncing progress.

Describe the Bug

When reader is inverted the loading text is upside down compared to the rest of the UI. I don't know if this is new or I just didn't notice it when I put my last issue in.

Steps to Reproduce

1. have reader inverted
2. open reader menu
3. navigate over to bookmark tab
4. select sync progress
5. when connecting to wifi network loading label will be flipped

text to not be flipped
