feat!: update vite-plugin-pwa to v1.0.0

Description

This PR includes:

• update vite-plugin-pwa to v1.0.0: can be used with Vite and Rolldown
• update @vite-pwa/assets-generator version v1.0.0
• update sharp to v0.33.5
• update engines.node to >=18.13 (the same as SvelteKit package)
• update eslint versions to use the same at root
• update @playwright/test to v1.40.0
• provide pluginContext when generating the webmanifest api.generateBundle change at vite-pwa-plugin to support Rolldown

I get an error while installing dependencies about Node version. I'm using Node 20.10.0 and the repo has engines.node with >=18.13(the same as Sveltekit package), @vite-pwa/assets-generator updated to use latest unconfig version v7.3.1:

I just switched to Node 23.8.0 to install the dependencies, then once installed I swtiched back to Node 20.10.0 and everything is fine.
