I tried to build the plugin, add it to PhpStorm 2019.1.3 and nothing happend.

This repository has only one commit and no readme, no issues.
Is it supposed to work?
Any plans about adding the plugin to JetBrains Marketplace?

Currently not available, but you can use the webstorm 2019.2 to get the component analysis support provided by jetbrains.
