Add fetch option to http transport

In addition to fetchOptions it would be nice to be able to override the fetch implementation to handle more sophisticated behavior while still getting the benefits of batching, error handling from the normal http transport. The custom transport allows you to do advanced things but requires re-implementing other features which is brittle.
