Add permissions setting to settings page #144
Description
Like the permissions page in the setup screen, allow users to access the permissions settings through the settings screen. This makes it so its easier for users to understand where they can change their permissions. Also allow them to access their app settings through this new setting. This allows them to be able to turn off location or notifications without having to go to the settings app.
