[Update] Opti 0.9.4 Final

With the latest version of OptiScaler 0.9.4 for Linux, FSR 4.1.1 Int8 works on all supported and unsupported GPUs by setting Fsr4ForceEnableInt8=true in optiscaler.ini. Tested in RDNA2 steamdeck/steamOS and RDNA3 Rog Ally x Bazzite without fallback to FSR 3.1 in several games.

@Mromerolillo I have downloaded the latest .17 release, but it appears some games like mgs delta don't launch. Do any launch options need to be set besides patching the game?

@justinhauer For some reason, certain games do not launch correctly when you inject OptiScaler via the plugin. In such cases, I recommend installing OptiScaler manually and checking the official compatibility page. https://github.com/optiscaler/OptiScaler/wiki/Compatibility-List
It happen to me with SH2 remake and it solve installing Opti manually

I think the ue5 path detection isn't working on this one, do the directory manual patch version
