Enable "find" in Terminal

Please enable "find" in Terminal. It helps in searching for specific logs.

Can you elaborate?
We have cmd/ctrl-f that opens the search box in terminal?

I'm using Zed on Windows. There, the WSL terminal I am using just prints the character F when I do Ctrl+F.

Could it be due to any key binding conflict ?

Yeah, that seems to be an uncovered edge-case.
If you try this in a regular Windows environment and find it working, seems worth to create an issue about this, mentioning all terminals and other useful data involved.
