Support Ctrl+Shift+Arrow for Expanding Line Selection

I’d love to see support for Ctrl + Shift + Up/Down to extend the selection across multiple lines, similar to how it works in VS Code. This shortcut makes it quick to highlight consecutive lines without using the mouse, which improves speed and flow during editing. Adding this would make multi-line selection more intuitive and consistent with common editor behavior.
