Initial commit of the BCP-007-03 Controller test suite

  • Updated ControllerTest base class to accommodate MXL mock sender and receivers
  • Added RQL support to the mock Registry
  • Extended simple query mechanism on mock Registry to query on transport type
  • Added MXL support to the mock Node
  • Added BCP0070302 test suite
