Adds AraGen (AraGen-12-24), a 279-question Arabic generative-tasks evaluation benchmark covering QA, orthographic/grammatical analysis, reasoning, and safety, released with the 3C3H measure (Inception & MBZUAI, Dec 2024). Recorded as a preprint/blog release since it has no formal paper venue. Validated against the schema locally.
