Add an official uv fallback after the mainland mirror path so zh installs can continue when mirror endpoints fail. Stop auto-installing DingTalk connector dependencies during setup to keep the installer focused on core runtime requirements. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
