When no TMDB API key is configured, Anime now opens an offline Library of 4,132 catalog titles (3,131 series and 1,001 films), with a Movies filter, alphabetical pages of 40, and accent-folded English search on desktop and TV. Existing built-in and saved identities are preserved. New records show Metadata only and retain unknown year, rating, artwork, and playback availability.

The shared inert snapshot joins direct Wikidata anime classifications with reviewed, dated TMDB daily ID exports. Movie eligibility requires explicit adult=false and video=false; TV eligibility is a documented same-date ordinary-minus-adult export inference, without a completeness guarantee. The offline generator validates hashes, gzip integrity, identity ambiguity, and export eligibility. Source declarations, limitations, hashes, and regeneration instructions are included. Raw downloads are excluded.

Validation completed before publication:

• Consumer tests, source/catalog eligibility and identity fixtures, and TV asset staging checks passed.
• Desktop and TV smoke checks passed for keyless filters, pagination, search, metadata-only fields, film controls, and saved identities.
• Actual packaged Windows verification passed with the exact 4,132-title catalog; extracted LG bundle checks passed for filters, paging, Bleach film/series saves, season/audio controls, focus, and HLS behavior.

This snapshot is incomplete metadata, not a complete anime universe or a streaming-availability guarantee. Physical TV installation remains unverified. No app version or native Android code changes are included.
