This needs to be reworded. Something closer to "Kaspersky is not available outside the United States." The admonition type should also be changed to warning. You should also link to a source to back that up.

Kaspersky is ONLY available outside the United States.

Something like that?
The source is the website itself saying it too.

Something like that? The source is the website itself saying it too.

"Kaspersky is not available in the United States." is better.
