- Replace fixed grid columns with CSS Grid auto-fill/minmax(280px, 1fr) for responsive 1→2→3-4 column layout across breakpoints - Enforce 280px minimum card width and prevent horizontal overflow - Add tests for 4xx no-retry behavior, 502 and 503 retry with backoff Closes AudioBitsStellar#80, Closes AudioBitsStellar#81, Closes AudioBitsStellar#89, Closes AudioBitsStellar#147
