Updated package versions and added native types

• Updated PHP version to 8 as this currently the supported version https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php;
• Added native PHP versions;
• Updated package versions. Should fix Upgrading guzzle dependency to last major 7.5.0 #7;
• Added GitHub dependabot and workflows. Should fix Add CI integration #6;
• Added gitattributes to minimize distributed code size;
• Removed composer.lock as it isn't really needed for packages;

This should be a 2.0 update. This is also required before https://github.com/Autodesk-Forge/forge-php-client can be updated

Any chance of getting this approved? That Guzzle 6 dependency is really starting to hurt.
