This PR updates the “Scaling with KEDA and Karpenter” workshop documentation to reflect AKS Node Auto Provisioning (NAP) as GA, remove now-obsolete preview enablement steps, and expand/clarify the NAP/Karpenter conceptual explanation for learners.

- Updates terminology from “Node Auto Provisioner” to “Node Auto Provisioning” and refreshes related links.
- Removes Azure subscription preview feature enablement +
aks-previewextension setup steps. - Adds a new section explaining managed NAP vs. self-hosted Karpenter and describes NAP control levers (NodePool/AKSNodeClass/NodeOverlay).
