- put simulation data to DOPC or DPPCHOL, create save dir in them
- run generate_simplified_system.py with switchers chaged for what system to analyze to generate .npy files with just centers of mass of lipid and dummy .xtc and .gro files
- run analysis of diff or ell
- finish analysis and plot with fit
