Check iOS Safari on streamlit.com

Local testing with iOS Safari in #159 showed imperfect reconnecting. Let's test this on streamlit.com to make sure.

When my phones reconnect after some time on https://open-cups.streamlit.app/, they basically relaunch the site, getting a new user ID :/

Below is a screenshot in which two phones are absent and then rejoin after some time. They're treated as new users. Can you confirm, @BayerC?

same issue, but i dont fully get it, there are reactived + added as new user right?

They're not reactivated. In you test, the light green user is your phone after you locked it. That user still shows up as inactive and would be auto-removed after 1h because the app never sees any more sign of life from it.

When you unlocked your phone and the website reconnected, the app added a new user (green). The funny thing is that somehow, it maintains state in my test: it doesn't default to green, but the red user stayed red.

So, I think that streamlit.com somehow starts a new session for disconnected users, in contrast to the locally hosted streamlit. Do you agree?
