I don't want to work with temporary files, so I slightly changed the logic to also support reading in the TRF from stdin if the
input-fileargument is not given. This way, the two calls are equivalent:./bbpPairings.exe --dutch test.trf -p ./bbpPairings.exe --dutch -p < test.trf
