…pport and stubs for others Introduced a standardized fetch_releases method to the BaseFetcher and all provider fetchers, enabling structured release data retrieval for GitHub and raising NotImplementedError for Azure, GitLab, and generic URL fetchers. Updated documentation and added a test stub to ensure correct behavior across providers.
