Versioned home for the convention work so it can be resumed (esp. extending to community/functions): STATUS.md (per-point status + how-to-resume), agents/ (the 3 reusable subagent defs, paths made repo-relative), tools/ (md_replace, nonascii, math_lint, heading_outline/stats, unicode_audit), one_off_fixes/ (past transform scripts). README is the 30-second overview.
