Fixes NULL geometric values in CSVWithNames and CSVWithNamesAndTypes formats, so remove the relevant "Limitations" item and add an alternative output for the older versions. Errors differ for versions and platforms, so add `test/sql/datetimes.sql` alternate outputs. Also use a literal string instead of `version()` in `test/sql/extension.sql` to avoid varying outputs with different chDB versions, and match new or missing errors for a few of the `t/table-functions.pl` tests. While at it, fix the paths to the results and diffs to upload following an `installcheck` failure.
