Not for merging. Opens a PR against main to get a same-day TAP-test baseline, to distinguish infra flakiness from a real regression on PR #117 (t/013_clickhouse_tls.pl's reconnect subtest has failed twice there). Will close without merging once CI reports.

Confirmed: t/013_clickhouse_tls.pl's reconnect subtest passes cleanly on main's current HEAD today (got 2, fast) — even with the original 30s timeout. This rules out a systemic infra outage or a regression; the two failures on PR #117 were runner-specific transient slowness. Closing without merging. |

Throwaway PR to get a same-day TAP-test CI run against main's actual current state.
t/013_clickhouse_tls.pl's reconnect subtest has failed twice on PR #117 (which doesn't touch that file at all), and main hasn't run its TAP suite since 2026-07-20 — no same-day baseline to tell infra flakiness apart from a real regression. Will close without merging once CI reports.
