The earlier rule ("due from 7 days out until 1 day out") would send a
"one week" reminder to an event created three days ahead, which the same
section said must not happen. Each reminder is now due only in the day
(week) or six hours (day) after its mark; missing the band skips it.

Spec fix before plan events-reminders starts: the reminder due-windows as written contradicted the sentence after them (an event created three days out would have received a "one week" reminder). Each reminder is now due only in a band just after its mark: week = [start−7d, start−6d), day = [start−24h, start−18h).
