Follow-on to #223 from Chris's review on the devbox instance. "Teams already coming" was empty exactly when a newcomer needed the list most: a fresh event nobody has answered on yet.

  • The event detail now carries recentProjects: the last ten distinct projects anyone named on an RSVP to any event, newest first, same for every caller.
  • The picker's opened-but-empty state shows "Your recent projects" (the viewer's own, from other events) and then "Other active projects"; a project appears once, in the first group it belongs to; only when both are empty does it fall back to the input's hint.
  • Spec: api/events.md, screens/event-detail.md. Tests: API field on the detail (anonymous and signed-in), web group order and de-duplication.

"Teams already coming" was empty exactly when a newcomer needed the list
most — a fresh event nobody has answered on yet. The event detail now
carries `recentProjects`, the last ten distinct projects anyone named on
an RSVP to any event, newest first, and the picker shows them as "Other
active projects" after "Your recent projects", a project appearing once
in the first group it belongs to. Newcomers see the teams that actually
meet without searching (specs/api/events.md, screens/event-detail.md).
