This will add sticky-sessions by adding session ID Mechanism \n \n FIPS 140-2 support based on boringSSL.
Originally this PR was created here: #373. I spoke with Pavel and he asked me to take the lead on this in place of him. I've implemented the changes that were requested by @mga-chka
