The policy uses an `amount` constraint; delego 0.2.2 fixes the fail-open where a NaN amount slipped any cap. Now that 0.2.2 is on PyPI, pin to it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
