Description
This PR adds support for a new policy condition subject: LATEST_VERSION_STATUS.
It allows policies to match whether a component is classified as latest version.
A toggle switch UI has been added to the frontend, enabling users to easily set the condition’s value to unknown, outdated or latest.
This improves the ability to create policies that differentiate between outdated and latest version components.
