Add notification progress support

Summary

• Add optional notificationProgress to startService and updateService.
• Persist progress with notification content and apply it on Android notifications.
• Document usage and add tests for progress serialization.

Validation

• flutter analyze
• flutter test
• flutter build apk --debug passed once; later retry failed because the local disk was full.
