Just FYI, looking at this, seems some error in the configure step for SimpleITK...

CMake Error at Code/BasicFilters/src/CMakeLists.txt:171 (target_link_libraries):
  Cannot specify link libraries for target "SimpleITK_ITKImageIntensity"
  which is not built by this project.

I think I found it, was picking Lua from compatibilty layer instead of the proper binary so the configuration was all messed up.... double checking
