As a project dev, I want to put ev-build in subfolder (possibly as a submodule) so that I don't pollute my top level project folder.
Acceptance criteria
- Able to run from the top level project folder -- provide a single script to copy in there? Or some other mechanism? Any way to combine the bash and bat files?
- Can put the ev and docker files in any arbitraty folder under the top-level project folder? Or maybe just force it to be ev-build?
