fix: remove internal verification material from public distribution

Summary

• remove internal verification documentation, checks, and media from the public repository surface
• remove private verification helpers from the published plugin payload and bump the package to 0.1.1
• document how RapidOCR model installation works on Windows x64 and macOS Apple Silicon

• npm run test:package
• npm pack --dry-run --json --ignore-scripts with an explicit exclusion check
• py -3 -m pytest -q tests/test_audit_email_truth.py
• staged-tree scan for local absolute paths, the prior truth-dataset prefix, private keys, and common token formats

Follow-up boundary

The wider source pytest suite was not used as this change's gate because this checkout lacks its optional desktop dependencies (Pillow and PyMuPDF); the plugin's affected package checks pass.
