Summary

include TRACE in the OpenAPI operation list used for tool generation
add regression coverage for TRACE endpoint filtering
keep existing HEAD and OPTIONS behavior unchanged

Validation

npm install from the existing lockfile
npm test
npm run build
npm pack dry run
git diff check
