New(zh-Hant): 地震速報可以只顯示中央氣象署，或顯示所有單位的速報 New(en-US): earthquake early warnings can be limited to CWA or show every agency
Fix(zh-Hant): 兩起地震同時發生時，地圖色塊會跟著速報卡片目前顯示的那一起 Fix(en-US): with two simultaneous quakes, the map tint tracks which alert the monitor card currently shows

The fixture pinned a fixed date that the 24-hour retention prune deletes in the same transaction as the insert once the wall clock crosses the window — use a fresh timestamp instead.
