Trigger park on common seatbelt scripts

Should add option to enable park mode whenever seatbelt is removed and override timer.

Could add this to real-brake-lights too

I’ve opened PR #68 for this. It adds an option to trigger park mode whenever the seatbelt is removed and overrides the existing timer, with support for real-brake-lights as well.

Pretty sure webbrain is just AI slop, but decent idea just using native seatbelt detection, just need to confirm if most scripts actually use that.
