Summary

Adds six free developer API services from SoftVoyagers to the Infrastructure, Engineering & APIs section:

• QRMint - Free QR code generator API. Generate QR codes programmatically with a simple API call.
• LinkShrink - Free URL shortener API. Shorten URLs and track clicks via a simple REST API.
• PageShot - Free screenshot API. Capture full-page or viewport screenshots of any URL on demand.
• PDFSpark - Free PDF generation API. Generate PDFs from HTML or URLs with a single API call.
• OGForge - Free OG image generation API. Dynamically generate Open Graph images for social sharing.
• FreeKit - Free developer toolkit. A collection of free APIs and utilities for developers.

All services offer free tiers and are aimed at developers building SaaS products and web applications.
