Add illustrated MV compiler and kinetic motion source

What changed

• Add a read-only illustrated music MV compiler to the Editkin MCP tool surface. It creates editable scene, character, silhouette, foreground and kinetic text commands for an audited v4 plan.
• Add center-out ripple typography and an evidence-bound short flash at a musical section change.
• Accept full-canvas high-resolution art of the project aspect ratio with explicit character framing.
• Initialize creative presets in desktop and native render entry points and cap FFmpeg filter graph threads for more predictable memory use.
• Publish the exact changed source files through the public source manifest and privacy scan.

Verification

• Public source snapshot and privacy scan: green.
• TypeScript check, Vite build, targeted MV tests and public source save/reopen/render journey: green.
• Owner workspace v4 audit, atomic apply and 240-frame render: green technical sample.
• Full public test suite had an unrelated material cache timing failure while a native package build was running; focused rerun passed. Full rerun and installed R11 package verification are still pending.
• Original art and complete music video remain in human review; this PR does not claim an approved finished MV.
