Triage note from the v0.8.61 release train: I scratch-merged this against the release head to test whether it could ride along. The merge itself was clean, and npm install/lint/test were fine, but production build failed with Tailwind v4's PostCSS migration error:\n\n\nError: trying to use tailwindcss directly as a PostCSS plugin. The PostCSS plugin has moved to @tailwindcss/postcss.\n\n\nSo I left this out of v0.8.61. It should be a focused follow-up that updates the PostCSS config/package set for Tailwind v4 rather than just the dependency version.
