docs: add architecture diagram showing module dependencies and data flow

The contract has 20+ modules with complex inter-dependencies (auth, admin_manager, project_registry, fee_manager, verification_registry, etc.). A high-level architecture diagram (Mermaid or ASCII) showing module relationships and data flows would significantly help new contributors understand the codebase structure before diving into code.
