Update of attributes for cdf.

Updated Files

  • imap_ialirt_global_cdf_attrs.yaml
    • Updates based on Andriy feedback
  • imap_ialirt_l1_variable_attrs.yaml
    • Updates based on Andriy feedback
  • create_xarray.py
    • Change datatype for SWE
    • Anticipate None values within records
    • Exclude instrument epochs from being created as variables
  • constants.py
    • Remove restricted data fields and update hit type

  • test_create_xarray.py
