@emillg thanks for contributing!
To avoid confusion, could you please clarify some terminology in the description? For example, a platform orchestrator is only one part of the platform, not the platform itself.
Should be in sync with the definition here: https://internaldeveloperplatform.org/platform-orchestrators/

Just to confirm, are you the team that gave the PlatformCon talk a few years ago?

You should showcase this in public!

@FL303 Yes that was us, and we recently shared the latest updates at Platform Engineering Day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMD8Sx81dz8

Do you think it fits better into https://internaldeveloperplatform.org/paas-devops-platforms/?

@emillg congrats, great presentation!
I don't think your solution is a PaaS. If you think it fits the platform orchestrator definition below, please tweak your description accordingly:
"According to Thoughtworks, Platform Orchestrators are a “new generation of tools that go beyond the traditional platform-as-a-service (PaaS) model and offer published contracts between developers and platform teams. The contract might involve provisioning cloud environments, databases, monitoring, authentication and more in a different environment. These tools enforce organizational standards while granting developers self-service access to variations through configuration.”"
