MRIeddyCurrentOptimization.jl is a Julia package that implements a simulated annealing algorithm to re-order k-space line for minimal eddy current artifacts.
To install this package, enter the Julia package manager by typing ] in the REPL and then calling the command:
add https://github.com/JakobAsslaender/MRIeddyCurrentOptimization.jl
